DEADLINE: This pre-order is open Wednesday, Feb. 8th – Wednesday Feb. 15th. This is the only time to order apparel this season.
TURNAROUND: early-March
ORDER CONFIRMATION: You will receive a confirmation email from local@ellenmeade.com immediately after you place your order. If it does not appear in your primary account, please find it in a spam, promotions or similar folder and redirect the email to your primary account. This will ensure you will receive the order completion email with detailed pick-up information.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: NGHS Tennis and EM Local will not purchase extra inventory for exchanges. All sales are final unless an error is made by EM Local. Please consider size charts if you are not already familiar with the sizing.
DISTRIBUTION: When orders are complete, they will be distributed by NGHS Tennis at the next practice. Orders with paid shipping will ship same time. Please do not select ‘pick up at EM Local’ when purchasing from a team line.
