ORDER CONFIRMATION:  You will receive a confirmation email from local@ellenmeade.com immediately after you place your order.  If it does not appear in your primary account, please find it in a spam, promotions or similar folder and redirect the email to your primary account.   This will ensure you will receive the order completion email with detailed pick-up information.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:  White Oak Elementary and EM Local will not purchase extra inventory for exchanges.  All sales are final unless an error is made by EM Local.  Please consider size charts if you are not already familiar with the sizing.

DISTRIBUTION:  When orders are complete, orders will be distributed to your student in his/her homeroom class.  Orders with paid shipping will ship same time.  If you are ordering from this line, but you are not affiliated with White Oak, you will see an option to pick up at EM Local’s workshop in Buford.  We will send specific pick up instructions to your email when your order is complete.  Typical pick up hours are as follows:  OPEN SHOP Thursdays 12-5, pick up shelf out front Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm.
